Our FOUNDER- ROCHELLE PRESTAGE

Recognizing the nexus for expertise, competence, passion, and opportunity – Rochelle Prestage extended herself into the entrepreneurial realm. She stepped into entrepreneurship to share her knowledge and proficiency in Human Resources with her passion and desire to help others.

To that end, Rochelle Prestage is the Founder of Consilium Strategic Solutions – a Consulting firm that specializes in helping individuals and organizations. Rochelle’s expertise is used to help clients develop strong HR practices that cover all competency areas of HR including, but not limited to, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition and Management, Organizational Development, Training, Performance Management Compensation, and Benefits Administration. Rochelle uses her skills and knowledge of the workplace to assist individuals seeking to find employment and/or change careers.

While working in Human Resources, Rochelle gained a great deal of experience in the many areas of Human Resources Development. Partnering with leaders in the corporate environment provides Rochelle the professional pleasure of helping leaders develop their teams. The understanding of the need to focus on training and education to help employees become successful became very important to her; and led her to enhance the service offering from strictly HR to include Career Coaching and Counseling.

Rochelle is committed to the lifelong learning necessary to continue to grow in the field of Human Resources and Career Coaching. She is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with the Society for Human Resource Management and a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) through the Professional Association Resume Writers and Career Coaches. Rochelle completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Employee Relations from Michigan State University. She then continued her education at her Alma Mater to earn her Master of Arts degree in Adult and Continuing Education. Ms. Prestage also earned her Master of Science Degree in Administration in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University.

Committed to her personal and professional growth and experiences, Rochelle is well-studied and is able to help individuals and organizations make the necessary changes to boost their success.
